How is it to film in macro & 3D underwater?

” Filming small animals in 3D, in macro and in slow motion requires a lot of patience.

You WAIT, sometimes for a very long time for nothing but sometimes great things happen.

Having worked on many feature films underwater including five James Bond films, it is a very different scenario, as on a scripted film everyone knows what is expected to happen once the cameras start rolling. These small actors do not read scripts so it is an entirely different challenge.

But the results are rewarding and you will see behaviours that even Jean-Michel was never able to see after 70 years of diving.”
